Due to the custom nature of our photography prints, all sales are final. However, your wall ast is importanto to me and I want it to meet high-quality standards. If you recieved a damaged print, reach out so we can make things right together.

    •    Damaged or Defective Prints: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me with photos of the damage and your order details.

    •    Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong print or size, please notify me so I can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

    •    Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

    •    Custom or personalized prints (custom sizes, framing)

How to Request a Refund

    1.    Email me at info@chiarasalomoni.com with the subject line “Refund Request – Order Number.”

    2.    Include clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and its packaging.

    3.    Provide your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

I will review your request and respond within 3 business days. After your request is recieved, I will issue a replacement.

Shipping Costs

    •    Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on my part (e.g., incorrect item sent).

    •    For replacements due to damage or defects, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Processing time: Standard orders ship within 7-10 business days. Expedite options are available.
